At Peyton's school all the kids in her class have an opportunity to bring the share bag to school. They get to bring 3 things from home and stand up and share it in front of the class! I snuck in early to watch Peyton get up in front of her peers and talk. I have to admit I get alittle nervous know she has to stand up and do her thing....she however was not nervous at all and was so excited to get to share her items. It was so fun to watch her! She brought a toy car, sea shells she collected from her trip to Florida, and her favorite Cinderella book.

Olympics 2010
Peyton had her Olympics today at school and she did a great job! She did wear jeans because she refused to wear shorts as they are not girlie enough. She did just fine in jeans and reminded me about it every time she got the chance. It was so fun to see her do the different challenges and participate with others. Last year she didn't participate so she has grown a lot this year. Presley was so excited to know she will get to do this next year!!

Great Job Peyton. What a fun day!

Swim
We started swim lessons for the girls yesterday! This is Presley's first year with Coach Allison and she did great! She is pretty much swimming on her own, now we just have to get the right technique down and work on our lift and breathing. This is Peyton's second year and she is working strokes. It was so fun to watch the girls have fun in the pool. I can't wait for summer. It will be nice to know they both can swim! We are so proud of both of you!

Mother's Day Tea and Art Walk
On Saturday Peyton's school put on a Mother's Day Tea and Art Walk for all the mommies. It was such a wonderful and emotional performance. The kids got up and sang about 5 songs on how much they love moms and why we are important and then they played a video of all the kids playing and growing throughout the year. I think every mom and grandma was crying by the end. The school did an amazing job of putting it all together. Peyton was so excited for this day and loved singing and showing me all her work. Grandma Wilde came to show her support. We have a lovely time and I am always in awe of Peyton and all her hard work.
The next few pictures are dark....not sure why. But you can sort of make out Peyton in the pictures.
