One Long Day!!!

Well we had a very long day. It started with Peyton going to the dentist, then heading next door to the doctor (Peyton's 2 year check up and Presley's 4 month), then off to the Ronald McDonald House to feed the families. We are exhausted as we head into Thanksgiving.......oh this is such a busy time of year.
Peyton was a little sketchy of the dentist but overall did pretty well. I finally got her to cooperate and sit in the chair and then daddy walks in and she looses it. Luckily, her teeth look great and we didn't need to get them cleaned.

The doctors appointment was hectic. The good news was that both girls are in perfect health and are growing strong. The bad news is that shots hurt. Peyton went first and was very brave. Presley had to get 4 shots so hers hurt a little longer:( Presley is weighing in at 14 pounds 11 ounces (what a meatball!!) and is in the 95% for height.

I can't believe how big she is getting!

After the appointments we headed downtown to the Ronald McDonald House to feed the families. We made chili. Peyton was a huge help and made some friends too. Aunt Lindsay and Uncle Kevin had fun stirring the chili as well. We finally made it home around 8:00 just in time for the Bachelor and Peyton's second wind!!! I don't know where kids get their energy but Trevor and I were so tired.

This is just a picture of Presley. I thought I would post it since it was on my camera.

Trick or Treat

Well Halloween 2007 was a huge success and we are finally starting to come down from our sugar high!!! We had a busy afternoon and night making sure all the grandparents and close friends got to celebrate and see the girls in costume. Peyton was a blast to trick or treat with. She thanked every house and was so grateful for all the candy they gave her. This made trick or treating a long process, but I am proud that my two year old is using her manners:) Presley, was very mellow and I think she thought the whole process was a little overrated.....until next year when she is able to move around. All in all we had a nice safe Halloween and look forward to do it again next year.

I have know idea how to rotate this picture.
