Tapping Ballerina!

Peyton started her first dance class today. It is a combination of tap and ballet. We have been wearing the tap shoes everywhere since we got them and have been counting down the days until class:) She was so cute this morning we got her dressed, she took a quick twirl, and said "Okay mom, take a picture of me." I guess she knew how cute she looked too, and didn't want us to miss the moment! The class was so fun to see all these little girls in there pink tutu's. We can't wait for next week.

Other exciting news is that Presley got her first tooth today! Yeah!! She is back to her feel good self and we don't have to hold her as much during the day. We dressed her up in her tutu today too! She is almost crawling so stay tuned for that update:)

Disney On Ice

Tonight Trevor and I took Peyton to Disney on Ice Princess Wishes. We left Presley with GiGi and Papa so we could focus all our energy on Peyton. Peyton dressed up as Snow White and loved being surrounded by princesses. She sat through the whole 2 hour performance! We couldn't believe it. We had so much fun watching her focus on all the different characters. Her favorite was Snow White (wonder why??) and the big dragon from Sleeping Beauty was her least favorite. These are definitely the best times to be a parent. We had so much fun and can't wait to do it again soon. Maybe next time Presley will be a little older where she will enjoy it too:)

Grandpa Roe takes us to Utah

Last week Trevor's grandfather passed away. He lived a long, amazing life and died just two days after turning 91! He was a wonderful man and touched so many lives. Grandpa was from Utah so we packed up the family and headed to Salt Lake City for a few days. Unfortunately, traveling with two children is ALOT of work so I didn't have a lot of time to take photos. I will say that I am so thankful I live in Arizona. Utah was having one of the biggest snow storms they have had in five years and it was soooooo cold. I was exhausted just from bundling the kids a hundred time a day. The funeral was very nice and everyone who organized it and spoke at it did a great job. The few pictures I do have are from the airport in Phoenix where we had a 3 hour flight delay. Thanks goodness grandma and uncle Seth were there to keep the kids entertained:)

Thank you to all of you who sent flowers and cards and for all the phone calls we have been receiving. We have such wonderful friends who make these hard time easier to get through.

Mommy's Little Helper

Peyton is always so eager to help me. No matter what it is, she can help. Today it was feeding Presley. I walked away to get a napkin and when I came back Peyton had taken my place. It was just too cute and Presley was having way more fun eating with Peyton then she was with me!

Presley and Jackson

Trevor's brother Seth, his wife Dani, and their 8 month old son Jackson, moved back to Phoenix a week ago. We had them over for dinner and took some pictures of the kids. Presley and Jackson are 10 weeks a part so it was neat to see them together. We are so excited to have them back and can't for the fun times to begin!!

Here is Seth, Presley and Jackson

How cute is this picture, with the babies looking at each other??!!

Welcome home guys!!

New Years

We spend the last 4 days in Vegas and the kids loved playing all day long! We love spending time with our best friends and the kids go non stop......always making bedtime tough for Miss Peyton. Here a few pictures of the kids playing. They are so fun to watch and they are getting to the age where they are playing really well together. We have only been home one day and Peyton is already asking to go play at Tommy and Gabby's house.

The adults spent the night out living it up Vegas style while the babysitter watched the kids. It was great to be out and we had a fantastic night (and late). We finally drove home on the second and are in full swing with 2008. Here is to another great year!

Mt. Charleston

While up in Vegas we took the kids to a Mt. Charleston to see the snow for the first time! Peyton liked it when we were bundled up in the car, nice and warm, but didn't care for it when actually outside and playing with it. She did make a few snowballs which is always fun. It only took us 30 minutes from Brendan and Jamie's house so it was a perfect outing for us. We enjoyed hot cocoa afterwards in the ski lodge that was up there......mmmm god. The kids were wiped out afterwards and slept the whole way home.
Here is a picture of the whole crew!

BRRRR! It is cold!

Sea World!!

Well we had a fabulous Christmas! Santa was very generous to everyone in the Wilde family. Peyton got her kitchen and both girls recieved a playhouse to share. Our day was filled with lots of presents, food, friends and family. It was busy but also so much fun watching Peyton start to crasp the whole Santa idea.

After Christmas we took the girls to Sea World before we headed to Las Vegas to bring in the New Year with Brendan and Jamie's family. We had a blast and both girls were GREAT. It is so amazing to see the kids so excited about seeing things for the first time. Peyton couldn't stop talking about Shamu and the dolphins. She liked petting and holding the Starfish, but wasn't to sure about feeding the stingrays. We did as much as we could for one day and can't wait to take the girls back. Presley loved being outside and around people. Soon she will enjoy in all of the excitement as well.
