Peyton Graduates From Preschool!

This week was the last week of school for the girls! What a fun week! Tuesday was water day and believe it or not it was freezing. The weather here cooled down to 70 degrees and windy. But water day must go on. The girls seemed to have a good time....although Presley's teacher told me Presley wanted to know where the hot tub was because she wanted to warm up! She can be so funny!

poor girl, she looks cold
Later in the week, Peyton had her preschool graduation. It was really sweet. They had all the kids come out and stand together as they released balloons into the sky. This symbolizes them sailing onto to bigger things....it is so crazy because we get so excited for them to go to the next phase in life and then when they do all of a sudden it is really sad. Peyton led her class out and accepted her diploma with grace. She was so fortunate to have not only mom and dad there but her aunt Jenn and Uncle Kevin were able to come too! It was really special and the others moms in the class commented on how nice it was for them to come! Thanks for coming you two, we love you!

Hmmm, sort of looks like Peyton is flicking us off here...

Peyton, congrats my sweet baby girl. We so love watching you grow into this sweet little lady. You are amazing, smart, caring, beautiful and I can't wait to watch you grow even more next year in kindergarden. You are the light of our life! We love you!

Play For Mark

On May 1st my family and I organized a Memorial Golf Tournament in honor of my dad. It was a huge success and we raised approximately $5000 to give to a scholarship fund for a female athlete at Horizon High School. A HUGE thank you to all our family and friends who contributed, donated, played, shared their stories, and spent their Sunday morning with us. We are overwhelmed with the turnout and everyone's excitement for our cause. We have learned this past year how important relationships are and we treasure each and everyone of you. Thank you again for all the love and support!

Dad! We love you and hope you had a good seat up there as you watched us Play for You.

I only have a few pictures because they weren't taken on my camera so I hope no one gets their feeling hurt if they don't see there photo!!!

Happy Mother's Day

What a great day! We had such a nice and relaxing day together as a family. We (I) slept in, went to lunch with my sisters and mom, played in the splash pad at Scottsdale Quarter, watched the girls swim and then BBQed at the Wildes! Such a great day! I have the most precious family in the world which makes my job easy!( on most days :):)) Trevor and girls I love you much!!

Sweetness!

Presley's teacher sent me an email about Presley today. Here is what it said:

Presley always mentions when we have discussions about heaven that her papa is an angel up there! She will sometimes say when he resurrects she would love for everyone to meet him.

Thank goodness for kids and all the wonderful things they bring to our lives. Every time I read this statement I smile. I hope you do too.

Happy Tuesday!

Easter 2011

I know, I know...I am really behind on blogging but we have been so busy this month and things don't seem to be slowing down. We had a great Easter this year and the girls are at such great ages. It was a busy one but we had a blast. GiGi came over and helped the girls dye easter eggs. The girls are some of the best easter egg dyers ever!
Presley and her purple egg
Whoo-hoo
Can you even believe I got all 3 girls smiling on the first shot?

my sweet baby
This is Peyton at her school Easter egg hunt...her last one as a little preschooler :(
Presley also got to partake this year...
We also enjoyed a lovely brunch again at Grayhawk. As you can see Presley wasn't in the mood to take pictures....anyone surprised?
The entire family

Then we head over to the Wilde's for the big Easter egg hunt! Peyton found the gold egg this year. So fun! Here are all the kiddos on the hunt

Presley oops I mean Rapunzel and her stash

When the hunt moved to the front courtyard Piper lost interest in the eggs and focused on the fountain. This is also why she is naked in the pictures to follow.
Grandma and Grandpa and all the grandbabies
We put Piper in a bucket of plastic eggs and there she played for a good 30 minutes!
Love this face!!
